About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Present program information to new and/or existing clients or providers and develop accounts remotely via telephone or other electronic means
- Collect, evaluate, and set up datasets from multiple channels and sources
- Review and validate data for quality, accuracy, and reliability
- Perform administrative tasks, documentation, implementation, monitoring, and reporting
- Support continuous improvements in data collection and delivery processes
- Contribute to tools for monitoring and reporting
- Analyze and troubleshoot data-related issues, assess criticality, escalate for resolution, and participate in problem-solving
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support retention
- Provide analysis and drive modern solutions and process efficiencies
- Collect, clean, and analyze data from various sources
- Evaluate data quality and eligibility
- Create basic visualizations and prepare reports communicating insights
- Collaborate across departments to understand data needs and maintain and optimize datasets
Requirements
What you’ll need- Master’s degree in business administration, MBA, Mathematics, CA & ACCA, MSC in Finance
- Experience in related fields preferred
- Familiarity and comfort working in a production-based environment
- Experience in data visualization, analysis, statistics and/or data manipulation is a plus
- Strong technical aptitude with proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to query and analyze datasets to drive fact-based decisions
- Results-oriented and capable of working independently while managing multiple priorities
- Ability to operate with a sense of urgency and meet critical deadlines
- Strong organization, decision-making, and analytical skills
- Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Ownership mindset and problem-solving ability
