About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage end-to-end incentive payouts for Retail Banking teams and the Business Performance function
- Formulate incentive calculation templates and calculate incentives according to approved policies
- Ensure timely and accurate incentive payouts and adherence to SLAs
- Review and automate business performance, incentive, and other internal processes
- Obtain required data and validate and calculate performance and payouts according to approved policies
- Implement process controls and establish processes and SLAs with business stakeholders
- Liaise with Unit Managers to resolve issues and continuously improve business performance and incentive payout processes
- Manage the business performance and incentives database for detailed analysis
- Resolve data, policy, and process issues with stakeholders and maintain approvals and documentation for audit records
- Lead automation of data sourcing and management from Technology, BI, and other sources
- Enhance and automate business performance and incentive calculations currently managed in Excel
- Implement internal controls and checks in automated calculation models
- Handle exceptions with proper approvals and maintain audit logs
- Produce business performance analyses and management reports
Requirements
What you’ll need- Finance/MIS professional, preferably with 4–5 years of experience in MIS, Business Intelligence, or finance functions in the banking industry
- Strong analytical skills and logical reasoning capabilities
- Knowledge of Retail Banking Products is a plus
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, with ability to interact with Business Managers at different levels
- Good organizational skills with attention to detail
- Good team player
