About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define the vision and strategy for a portfolio of products and services
- Manage the product lifecycle, from conceptualisation to delivery
- Manage and review demand priorities and areas of improvement
- Plan and coordinate development progress to ensure a good product launch and continuous evolution
- Launch new products and features, test their performance, collect data and user feedback, and iterate constantly and quickly
- Influence and communicate with cross-functional teams to drive new product development and growth
- Build strong relationships at the executive level
- Work with the Product Owner, Technical Lead, Business Analysts, User Experience Designers, and Engineers to plan activities and timelines for each release
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in leading full software / product development life cycles using Agile Methodology
- 3+ years of relevant experiences as a Product Manager
- Proven experience in application solution and design
- Strong understanding of agile software development processes
- Experience in outsourcing and vendor management
- Proficient in data analysis and comfortable using analytics tools to drive product decisions
- Demonstrated ability in adapting to new technologies and environments
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly to diverse audiences
- Strong understanding of solutions innovation
- Willingness to learn quickly and take on challenges with a desire to make a big impact
- An understanding of how the Singapore Government operates and experience in the maritime sector are a plus
