About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own end-to-end delivery flow for one or more initiatives across Avetta's 5-zone AI-PDLC pipeline, from validated discovery through production release
- Track initiative progress using the 3 Red Box milestone model, with cycle time and throughput as primary metrics
- Coordinate zone-to-zone handoffs and ensure required sign-offs before AI-generated artifacts advance
- Facilitate the Spec Agreement gate before AI-assisted coding begins
- Maintain Gate Decision Logs in Confluence
- Identify missing or incomplete dependencies and prevent AI coding work from advancing without them
- Coordinate across 3–5 person delivery pods and facilitate cross-pod synchronization
- Own initiative-level RAID and decision logs
- Partner with Scrum Masters to surface and escalate pod-level blockers
- Serve as primary communication point between Product Management, engineering pod leads, Release Management, and senior stakeholders
- Prepare data-driven monthly C-level updates
- Communicate spec quality issues and AI-agent output concerns with proposed mitigations
- Apply the Spec Rubric and enforce Definition of Ready criteria
- Track and resolve open specification questions
- Maintain delivery data in Jira, Aha!, and Confluence
- Build and maintain dashboards for cycle time, throughput, spec rejection rate, PR review cycles, and human gate hours
- Use AI productivity tools to reduce manual tracking overhead and surface blockers
- Coach teams and stakeholders on AI-PDLC processes and HITL gate responsibilities
- Contribute improvement observations to the evolving AI-PDLC framework
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3–5 years in Agile delivery, project management, or program coordination in a SaaS or software environment
- Hands-on experience with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, QA, Design)
- Background in organizations undergoing Agile or technology transformation; AI-augmented delivery experience is a strong plus
- Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum frameworks and ability to adapt ceremonies to AI-augmented team models
- Familiarity with Spec-Driven Development (SDD)
- Working knowledge of human-in-the-loop (HITL) gate concepts
- Proficiency with Jira, Scriptrunner, Confluence, and Aha!
- Experience with AI productivity tools such as Atlassian Intelligence, Glean, Claude, or equivalent
- Comfortable with Microsoft Teams and SharePoint
- Strong written and verbal communication
- High judgment and organizational discipline
- Collaborative, proactive, and comfortable influencing without direct authority
- Change-agent mindset and openness to rapid iteration
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience
- SAFe and AI fluency credentials are preferred, not required
