About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build an outcome-based strategy and drive delivery of a roadmap focused on core functionality of the Internal Ledger
- Identify and analyze use cases and opportunities for managing the Credit Card Account Lifecycle
- Empower digital customer experiences and non-digital services
- Partner with platform teams on innovation pilots, testing strategies, and new feature rollouts
- Form strong partnerships with Architecture and Software engineers to solve technical problems
- Reimagine lending experiences and develop exceptional customer experiences
- Conduct discovery, formulate data-backed recommendations, and identify high-leverage opportunities
- Mentor and coach other team members
- Lead cross-functional teams and drive organizational alignment
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a quantitative field, Business, or Marketing, obtained by the scheduled start date
- OR Bachelor's degree in any field and 4 years of Product Management experience
- Expertise in simplifying and streamlining complex business processes
- Strong partnership skills across Tech, Experience, and Business teams
- Ability to socialize strategy and gain leadership buy-in
- Ability to manage and deliver against aggressive timelines
- Proven experience working in ambiguous spaces
- Ability to conduct comprehensive analysis, identify pain points, define success metrics, and present business cases to executive leadership
- Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products preferred
- Must be able to work in one of the listed locations: New York, NY; McLean, VA; Richmond, VA; or Chicago, IL
