About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Report on financial performance for the facility and impacted product groups
- Utilize digital reporting tools to provide insights
- Coordinate all forecasting and analysis activities
- Identify and implement process and efficiency improvements
- Provide Financial Planning & Analysis and facility reporting for two U.S. operations facilities
- Provide insights to facility leadership teams to assist in managing operations
- Gain exposure to multiple product groups and functional teams within the Earthmoving Division
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
- Understanding of accuracy and attention to detail
- Effective communication skills and ability to transmit, receive, and interpret ideas, information, and needs
- Knowledge of financial analysis tools and approaches; ability to read, interpret, and draw conclusions from financial and numerical material
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent objectives, projects, groups, or activities and prioritize time effectively
- Knowledge of analytical techniques and tools; ability to determine root causes and create solutions
- Experience with SAP, Axiom and PowerBI
- Strong communication, intellectual curiosity, and interpersonal skills
- Initiative, good judgement and accountability
- Ability to resolve issues independently and take ownership of responsibilities
- Required travel up to 25%
- Must work onsite five days a week
- Visa sponsorship is not available
- Successful completion of a drug screen required
