About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as the strategic leader for identifying, prioritizing, and driving artificial intelligence development opportunities across the Health Systems and Government Services Business Unit
- Develop, implement, improve, and maintain policies, processes, workflows, and escalation protocols
- Ensure consistent, high-quality execution of AI-related activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments and associates to identify AI opportunities
- Drive actions supporting financial performance, operational excellence, and Customer Experience
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in business strategy, business development, corporate strategy, finance, data analytics, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience required
- Master's degree in a related field preferred
- 8+ years of experience in strategy, business development, corporate development, management consulting, or a related field required
- Proven industry and operating model acumen in regulated and complex environments
- Experience leading and governing cross-functional decision-making forums
- Ability to negotiate priorities and trade-offs
- Experience building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders
- Ability to apply advanced analytics, modeling, and forecasting
- Experience translating ambiguous business problems into structured analyses, options, and recommendations
