Key responsibilities & impact- Plan and run day-to-day capture and installation operations across all US sites
- Own and maintain capture and installation schedules for every site
- Lead launches of new projects by confirming site readiness, access, safety inductions and equipment
- Travel to existing and new sites to observe captures, solve on-site issues and build relationships with site managers and general contractors
- Own field safety, including inductions, PPE and compliance with US construction safety requirements and site rules
- Manage capture equipment inventory, shipping, maintenance and replacements
- Perform on-site captures when coverage gaps arise and maintain backup coverage
- Support rollout of new field services, including beacon installation, through team training and workflow adaptation
- Recruit, onboard, train, lead and coach distributed field technicians across multiple sites and states
- Manage and approve team time while ensuring accuracy, productivity, cost efficiency and compliance
- Build a connected team culture through check-ins, site visits and clear communication
- Track and improve retention and reliability; address performance and attendance issues
- Develop team skills and identify future lead candidates
- Own delivery against partner SLAs for capture completion, timeliness and data quality
- Monitor quality reviews, identify root causes and implement corrective actions
- Classify site health, lead recovery plans and escalate delivery risks
- Set and maintain SOPs for capture, upload, safety and site conduct
- Report operational performance, including SLA attainment, missed captures, staffing and quality trends
- Serve as the main regional operational contact for the client and join operational reviews
- Plan upcoming projects 30–60 days ahead, including site information, staffing and equipment
- Manage regional labor, travel and equipment costs and flag commercial or scope questions
- Improve efficiency, reliability and scalability as the program expands into new states
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years in operations management, project management or service delivery
- Proven record of managing field-based or multi-site operations with a distributed workforce
- Experience delivering against client SLAs in a service or outsourced delivery model
- Experience hiring, onboarding and retaining hourly or field-based staff
- Strong planning, scheduling and resource management skills across multiple concurrent projects
- Comfortable with field technology such as 360° cameras or similar devices, mobile apps and cloud upload workflows, and quick to learn new tools
- Strong knowledge of US construction site safety, including OSHA standards, common site hazards and PPE requirements, and the ability to coach a team to work safely
- OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification; if not held yet, must complete it within the first 30 days with CloudFactory support
- Ability to use data to track performance, spot trends and report clearly to leadership and partners
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and scheduling or project tracking tools

- Ability to build trust and connection with remote team members

- Based in Austin, Texas
- Able and willing to travel regularly to sites across Texas and other US states, sometimes at short notice and in remote areas
- Valid US driver's license and authorization to work in the United States
- Able to work on active construction sites, including walking for long periods and climbing stairs
