About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead workstreams within high-priority strategic initiatives shaping Sunbit’s product offerings and market positioning
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Operations, Legal, and Finance on company roadmap execution
- Help shape key account management strategy for Dental, Car Dealerships, and other growth verticals
- Partner with KAM leads on operational improvements and evaluate account coverage models
- Run KAM operating rhythms, including account assignments, quarterly goal setting, and territory assessments informing hiring and headcount planning
- Own reporting on goals, performance, and book-of-business analytics
- Identify process bottlenecks and implement scalable operational solutions
- Build financial models, analyze data, track performance, forecast trends, and provide recommendations to leadership
- Drive cross-functional projects from planning through implementation, ensuring schedule, scope, and measurable impact
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2-3 years of Strategy and Operations, management consulting, or related experience
- Background in top-tier management consulting (MBB, Big Four) and/or an in-house S&O role within a high-growth Tech, Financial Services, Fintech environment (lending, payments, consumer finance, etc.)
- Experience working alongside Product teams with an understanding of customer journeys, workflows, and operational systems
- Experience supporting operations or key account management teams is a plus
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling and data analytics
- Comfort navigating large datasets to find actionable insights
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations management, Economics or a related field
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and implement operational changes across stakeholders
