About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Run the assigned facility and manage day-to-day operations
- Focus on profitability, efficiencies, growth opportunities, and best business practices
- Address customer concerns, employee questions, and facility issues
- Hire and train direct reports
- Conduct interviews, job reviews, and professional development planning
- Mentor and coach technicians

Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 8 years of experience
- Knowledge of industry standards including NETA, NEC, OSHA, and NFPA
- Thorough understanding of heavy industrial, utility, large commercial, and renewable energy environments
- Ability to troubleshoot complex business issues
- Ability to work safely and adhere to all electrical safety procedures
- Proven leadership and mentoring skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks
- Customer-focused approach
- Focus on accuracy and efficiencies
- Valid driver’s license required for positions utilizing a company vehicle
- Ability to work flexible hours, weekends, holidays, and nights as needed
- Ability to travel up to 50%
