Key responsibilities & impact- Help mechanical engineering teams bring complex products to market sooner using AI-powered software
- Work with engineering teams at major manufacturers to improve operations, increase CoLab value, and measure business impact as a Strategic Customer Value Manager
- Help prospective customers connect their engineering challenges to CoLab’s technology as a Solutions Engineer
- Help customers implement CoLab, improve workflows, and change how engineering teams collaborate as a Customer Solutions Engineer
- Tackle engineering problems that off-the-shelf software cannot solve as a Mechanical Forward Deployed Engineer
- Partner with software engineers to build, test, and deploy AI solutions in real-world engineering workflows
- Shape CoLab’s product using hands-on engineering experience and an engineer’s perspective
- Test new AI capabilities against real engineering problems and ensure the product works for end users
- Help manufacturers improve engineering-team operations through consultative selling, customer discovery, product demonstrations, and customer acquisition as an Account Executive
- Share experience, interests, and areas to explore for future opportunities
Requirements
What you’ll need- Mechanical engineering background or firsthand engineering experience
- Experience with design reviews, product iterations, engineering workflows, and complex technical problems
- Interest in working directly with customers, solving complex technical problems, or shaping AI-powered software
