Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred

- Ability to act as a liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders
- Significant domain knowledge is preferred
- Client relationship ownership experience is preferred
- Project leadership experience is preferred
- Expert-level SQL skills with a focus on advanced optimization
- Experience designing advanced dashboards using BI tools
- Experience developing high-quality visual insights for executive-level presentations
- Ability to apply statistical methods, including correlation analysis and variance analysis
- Python may be used minimally
- Ability to listen actively and communicate key issues respectfully
- Ability to adapt communication to different audiences
- Analytical and logical reasoning skills
- Ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics and influence stakeholders
- Process mapping and documentation skills
