Key responsibilities & impact- Analyze and document business requirements and end-to-end workflows across Order Management, billing, and invoicing
- Provide expert recommendations aligned with enterprise IT strategy
- Plan release scopes, project schedules, and milestones

Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years as a Project Lead or Business Analyst in Order Management, EDI/API integrations, or invoice management processes
- Hands-on experience with Agile methodology
- Strong understanding of Order Management workflows, system orchestration, EDI/API protocols, and e-invoicing compliance
- Familiarity with ERP, billing, and pricing systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is preferred
- Ability to map data flows, write user stories, and drive discussions across global teams, external clients, and vendors
- Strong analytical and multitasking abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
