About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Depending on your level of seniority, you will support or take responsibility for strategy and implementation projects on-site at client locations
- You will support the project manager and project team in managing projects
- Conduct research on market- and project-related topics
- Work with the team to develop and prepare project and sales materials
- Demonstrate commitment to the client's objectives with a solution- and implementation-oriented approach
- Work independently with a high level of motivation and strong quality standards
Requirements
What you’ll need- You have successfully completed a degree in business administration, economics, industrial engineering, business informatics, or a related field
- You have initial professional and project experience in financial services companies or management consulting, as well as experience with strategic, operational, IT, and process-related issues in the financial services sector (e.g., through internships)
- You have initial experience with different project management approaches, such as agile project management
- You are willing to take on new challenges, as required in a consulting environment
- You enjoy working in teams and interacting with people
- You are comfortable with a certain level of project-related travel and flexibility
- You have very good knowledge of MS Office and very good English skills
- Additional IT skills, such as programming languages, are an advantage
