Key responsibilities & impact- Build and configure bonus offers, ensuring accurate setup and alignment with promotion rules
- Test offers before launch to verify eligibility, rewards, player messaging, and overall functionality
- Identify and troubleshoot offer issues, working with cross-functional teams to find solutions
- Partner with CRM and Marketing teams to align audiences, messaging, terms, timing, and offer requirements before launch
- Monitor live promotions and help resolve issues to minimize player impact
- Support improvements to offer setup, testing, and monitoring through automation, AI tools, and process updates
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 1 year of experience in loyalty operations, promotions, quality assurance, or a similar field
- Experience working with promotional offers or rules-based systems, with the ability to follow requirements accurately
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills to identify issues and ensure accuracy
- Experience using data, reports, and operational tools to monitor performance
- Familiarity with SQL, Sigma, or Tableau is a plus
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple priorities
- Interest in using AI tools and technology to improve processes and operational efficiency
- May be required to obtain a gaming license issued by the appropriate state agency as a condition of employment
