Key responsibilities & impact- Oversee and drive process integration for clients into EnableComp’s product suite
- Manage activities associated with new client implementations and internal initiatives
- Plan, execute, and coordinate client onboarding activities
- Manage implementation timelines and deliverables
- Set and manage client expectations
- Communicate regularly with clients and internal stakeholders
- Escalate critical issues
- Support implementation of core service offerings, data integration, and requirements gathering
- Review project status and action items with clients and resolve issues
- Consult on and identify solutions for client-specific requirements
- Coordinate internal team tasks related to client implementations
- Manage change effectively
- Maintain real-time project status using online project management tools
- Establish and manage aggressive timelines and address critical-path items and deadlines
- Provide weekly/monthly reporting and forecasting to management and Operations stakeholders
- Perform other duties as required
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree required
- Advanced degree preferred
- 4+ years’ experience with implementation and/or technical project management in a healthcare setting
- Prior experience in a physician office setting, including knowledge of physician office workflow and processes, is a plus
- Extensive familiarity with payer or provider-based healthcare data sets required
- Experience with project management tools required
- Technical proficiency with project portfolio management tools, support ticketing software, Apple technology, and cloud-based document sharing systems
- Knowledge of extended medical terminology required
- Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered
- Strong computer proficiency and knowledge of basic office applications, including MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Regular and predictable attendance
- Ability to work with different levels of clinical personnel, including providers
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing work environment
- Collaborative, customer-focused, and able to create visible value
- Organizational skills from planning through execution of tasks and projects
- Extensive project coordination experience
