About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead and manage multiple creative projects simultaneously, delivering them on time, within scope, and within budget
- Document and maintain project plans and project documentation in project management software
- Identify and manage project opportunities, issues, and risks; escalate issues to leadership
- Collaborate with strategists, creative directors, writers, and designers on creative campaigns and content
- Build and maintain partnerships with business partners, internal teams, and external partners
- Support and provide feedback to Junior Project Managers and team members
- Execute scope change management and project close-out processes
- Participate in project assessments and communicate lessons learned
- Forecast, track, report, and oversee project budgets, expenditures, and metrics
- Influence ideas that reinforce Abbott’s brand values and connect adjacent work
- Recognize and celebrate achievements within project teams and the organization
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 5 years of experience
- Creative agency or related industry experience
- Thorough understanding of creative projects, workflows, and processes
- Experience leading medium- to high-complexity projects and programs
- Experience managing multiple projects, budgets, risks, documentation, and change management
- Project management software proficiency
- Insights-driven marketing and creative problem-solving knowledge
