About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead and manage multiple creative projects simultaneously, delivering them on time, within scope, and within budget
- Serve as a project management subject matter expert for team processes, onboarding, and change management
- Document project plans in project management software and maintain complete, accurate, up-to-date project documentation
- Identify and manage project opportunities, issues, and risks, escalating issues to leadership
- Collaborate with strategists, creative directors, writers, and designers to develop insights-driven creative campaigns and content
- Build and maintain partnerships with business partners, internal teams, and external partners
- Support and provide feedback to junior project managers and team members
- Execute scope change management and project close-out processes
- Participate in project assessments and communicate lessons learned
- Provide forecasting, tracking, reporting, and oversight on project budgets, expenditures, and metrics
- Influence ideas that reinforce Abbott’s brand values and align related bodies of work
- Recognize and celebrate achievements within project teams and the organization
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 5 years of experience
- Creative agency or related industry experience
- Thorough understanding of creative projects, workflows, and processes
- Experience leading medium- to high-complexity creative projects and programs
- Experience with project documentation and project management software
- Experience managing project scope, risks, issues, budgets, expenditures, forecasting, tracking, reporting, and metrics
