Key responsibilities & impact- Gather and document functional and business requirements for the new Fixed Income Platform
- Understand processes and train user departments on configuring and parameterizing operational, accounting, and regulatory modules of the banking ERP
- Detail functional specifications for APIs, including inputs, outputs, validation rules, and field mapping
- Monitor the development of integrations with internal engineering teams and the vendor
- Support operational departments, ensuring accurate postings and traceability of financial events
- Create functional test plans and UAT acceptance scenarios
- Support end users during validation and operations
- Perform GAP analysis between Bullla's business requirements and the platform's native capabilities
- Define and execute configurations for business rules, operational tables, fees, rates, and Fixed Income products
- Specify integrations between the banking core, Bullla's internal ecosystems, and external partners
- Ensure that core modules comply with Banco Central regulatory requirements and reporting standards
- Structure financial event flows, the chart of accounts, and accounting reconciliation processes
- Act as the functional point of contact with the vendor, managing scope, deliverables, and outstanding items
- Plan and conduct functional and integration testing, as well as business-user acceptance testing
- Provide ongoing support and user assistance
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong knowledge of the functional architecture of banking ERPs/core banking systems
- Direct experience with the Autbank or Matera platforms is essential
- Proficiency in the accounting, tax, and regulatory processes and routines for Fixed Income products
- Ability to perform data mapping and design integration flows between systems
- Proficiency in GAP analysis and BPMN process mapping
- Experience creating use cases and user stories
- Experience executing integration testing and UAT
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Miro
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills when working with technical departments, business teams, and external vendors
- Proactive, self-directed approach with the ability to lead functional decisions
- Strong organizational skills and a systems-level perspective spanning the front end through the accounting and regulatory engines
