Key responsibilities & impact- Work within the data team supporting the Omnichannel area and the single-brand e-commerce channel
- Collaborate with the team and cross-functional stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into timely insights using the data ecosystem and dashboards
- Conduct business analyses, develop results measurement models, and establish assumptions to estimate the potential gains from new projects
- Manage the governance of existing data assets and dashboards, performing maintenance and overseeing third parties in implementing new information and views
- Drive continuous improvement in data processes, optimizing resources and generating valuable business insights
- Automate processes and routines through the creation and maintenance of data pipelines
- Promote a data-driven culture within the Omnichannel team
- Ensure the use of best practices and technologies in data analysis, leveraging AI as a productivity driver
Requirements
What you’ll need- Location: São Paulo – Hybrid
- Bachelor’s degree completed
- Proficiency in writing and optimizing BigQuery queries for data manipulation
- Application of best practices and query development standards for analytical solutions
- Experience as a Data Analyst or in similar roles
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and concisely
- Proficiency in Artificial Intelligence concepts and techniques
- Experience creating dashboards in Looker Studio (a plus)
- Basic knowledge of R or Python (a plus)
