About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Ensure the company’s environmental compliance by adhering to applicable standards and legislation
- Coordinate waste management processes across all business units
- Promote the ongoing preservation and organization of disposal areas
- Deliver training and provide guidelines for maintaining facilities and infrastructure
- Monitor the inventory and temporary storage of discarded materials
- Manage records of disposal certificates, related documents, and the issuance of MTR and DMR manifests
- Facilitate the proper disposal and reverse logistics of critical waste
- Draft and update internal policies and procedures
- Validate environmental compliance for obtaining CADRIs and reports required for interstate transportation
- Oversee and perform environmental obligations across all units
- Consolidate data for the Potentially Polluting Activities Report
- Plan and conduct training programs and environmental awareness initiatives
- Measure and report performance indicators and sustainability targets
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently pursuing or holding a bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Sanitary Engineering, Environmental Management, or a related field
- 2–3 years of experience in the environmental field
- Experience in project management
- Experience supporting audits and administrative processes
- Required certifications or courses: ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18001
