Key responsibilities & impact- Track commercial area KPIs, supporting performance and results analysis
- Monitor and track GPD and PPR, ensuring information visibility and control while developing action plans with the relevant teams
- Identify and propose continuous improvement projects for area processes
- Support the management and control of commercial investments, ensuring accurate calculations and providing support throughout the process
- Provide general support for area-related demands, serving as a focal point for different stakeholders
- Liaise with internal teams such as market intelligence, events, CRM, and the field team
- Support the analysis of commercial negotiations, contracts, and business plans
- Handle incidents and provide support to the external sales team
- Contribute to the organization and governance of data, records, and the area’s administrative controls
- Track monthly budgets at the customer, regional, and directorate levels
- Track the results of investments made in one-off initiatives
- Track action plans to reduce customer debt
- Prepare budget forecasts
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Controllership, or a related field
- At least 1 year of experience in analytical roles
- Advanced Excel skills (required)
- Power BI (a plus)
- SQL (a plus)
- Knowledge of macros (a plus)
- Availability to work Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
- Work location: Amparo, São Paulo, or Campinas, São Paulo
