About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Transform data, metrics, and evidence into actionable recommendations
- Understand, analyze, and identify gaps in business and product strategies
- Gather the data, information, and artifacts that comprise business and product strategies
- Develop effective OKRs in partnership with business and product teams
- Cascade business OKRs into product OKRs
- Diagnose the current state (as-is) of the organizational design
- Develop organizational design proposals aligned with the business strategy and architecture
- Define the organizational design migration stages from the as-is state to the to-be state
- Understand and apply change management mechanisms to drive cultural and behavioral change
- Build executive presentations and facilitate forums for executive audiences
