Key responsibilities & impact- Manage information technology (IT) budget planning and control
- Track the financial performance of the IT project portfolio, contracts, suppliers, and operating expenses
- Provide strategic support for IT financial management, ensuring investment visibility and compliance with the approved budget
- Control operating costs and support executive decision-making related to technology resource allocation
- Collaborate with IT, Finance, Procurement, Controllership, Accounts Payable, IT Governance, and suppliers
- Prepare and consolidate the annual IT budget (CAPEX and OPEX)
- Prepare financial forecasts and conduct periodic budget reviews
- Monitor budget execution, identify variances, and propose corrective actions
- Manage contracts, software licenses, cloud services, maintenance, and infrastructure costs
- Validate purchase requisitions and monitor procurement processes
- Monitor recurring and extraordinary IT expenses
- Reconcile planned versus actual financial results
- Track financial commitments, accruals, and cost centers
- Develop dashboards and management reports to monitor IT costs
- Monitor financial and operational KPIs
- Support internal and external audits and financial controls
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies and governance procedures
- Participate in defining and continuously improving IT financial management processes

Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field
- Knowledge of budget planning
- Knowledge of forecasting and financial projections
- Knowledge of CAPEX and OPEX control
- Knowledge of contract financial management
- Knowledge of cost analysis and financial KPIs
- Knowledge of IT Governance
- Knowledge of supplier management
- Mandatory experience with Oracle Cloud PBCS
- Knowledge of entering financial planning data
- Advanced PowerPoint skills
- Advanced Excel skills, including PivotTables, Power Query, Power Pivot, financial formulas, and dashboards
- Power BI
- Bizagi Modeler
- SharePoint
- Familiarity with BMC Helix and ServiceNow is desirable
- Knowledge of ITIL, project portfolio management, IT infrastructure, cloud computing (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud), software licensing, and IT asset management
- Postgraduate qualification in Financial Management, Controllership, Project Management, or IT Governance is desirable
- ITIL Foundation certification is desirable
- Power BI-related certifications are desirable
- Intermediate or advanced English is desirable
- Ability to interpret large volumes of financial data
- Ability to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Understanding of the financial impacts of technology decisions
- Ability to support investment-priority decisions
