About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead and execute technical activities related to project delivery
- Serve as the technical lead for medium- and high-complexity projects
- Prepare and present technical project documentation to clients
- Handle incidents and resolve project-related issues
- Escalate and track project-related support tickets with vendors
- Perform on-site activities, including inspections, site surveys, installations, and scheduled maintenance windows
- Conduct knowledge-transfer sessions for internal support teams and clients regarding the implemented solution
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong proficiency in NGFW technology, particularly Palo Alto
- Knowledge of SASE/SSE solutions
- Proven experience designing NGFW project solutions
- Proven knowledge of Palo Alto, Check Point, and Fortinet solutions
- Experience in support and solution design
- Experience implementing enterprise NGFW projects
- Ability to prepare LLD and HLD documentation for projects
- Ability to prepare knowledge-transfer presentations
- Basic knowledge of virtualization solutions is desirable
- Knowledge of static and dynamic routing (OSPF, BGP) is desirable
- Strong project delivery and management skills
- Organized, committed, with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Customer-focused mindset
- Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
- Strong ability to learn
- Ability to work under pressure
- English proficiency
- Bachelor’s degree in a technology-related field
- Security or cybersecurity certifications are a plus
- Palo Alto security certifications
- Check Point or Cisco certifications are a plus
