About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead and develop a Team Leader and a team of administrators
- Manage performance against service levels and KPIs
- Use data and dashboards to identify issues and drive improvements
- Keep clinician onboarding efficient, scalable and audit-ready
- Make clinician onboarding faster, smoother and fully compliant
- Lead the function responsible for onboarding a nationwide network of self-employed clinicians and ensuring compliance requirements are met
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience leading operational teams in a fast-paced, high-volume, growing business
- Experience in a regulated environment; healthcare experience is a plus but not essential
- High confidence with Excel, reporting and dashboards
- Concise and detail-focused approach
- Strong operational leadership in a fast-moving, regulated environment
- Availability to start as soon as possible; immediate availability or a short notice period especially encouraged
