About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Deliver high-quality immigration services and practical guidance to Fragomen’s clients
- Counsel clients and assess immigration eligibility
- Manage end-to-end preparation and submission of applications to local government authorities
- Enable foreign employees of clients to live and work compliantly in Poland
- Ensure documentation accuracy and compliance with established procedures
- Collaborate with the team on administrative and organisational tasks
- Support client relationships through professional and efficient communications
- Conduct legal research for complex casework
- Upload and manage documentation with local Immigration Authorities
- Act as a secondary client contact
- Provide assignees with guidance and regular application updates
- Manage an organised caseload while meeting deadlines
- Participate in client reviews and meetings
- Prepare reports and contribute to presentations and training
- Receive coaching, weekly reviews, performance oversight, and training from senior consultants and managers
Requirements
What you’ll need- Polish Inbound immigration experience
- Experience advising on corporate immigration matters
- Ability to manage a high caseload as per business need
- Knowledge of Polish immigration
- Strong attention to detail and high productivity
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with competing demands
- Ability to meet assigned deadlines and communicate progress to supervisors
- Flexibility and initiative
- Ability to develop strong working relationships with team members
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good organisational skills, including planning, prioritising, meeting deadlines, and managing multiple small-scale projects
- Professionalism and commitment to quality service
- “Can do” attitude toward internal members/departments, external clients, and vendors
- Legal expertise; Polish-qualified lawyer status is not required
- Confirmation of legal authorization to work in the offered position’s location, subject to pre-employment screening
