About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support preparation and submission of immigration applications
- Draft forms, letters, and supporting documentation
- Maintain and update case records in internal systems
- Communicate with clients and assignees on routine matters
- Provide guidance and regular application updates to assignees
- Monitor case progress and ensure deadlines and service levels are met
- Escalate complex issues, delays, and risks to senior team members
- Upload and manage documentation with local Immigration Authorities
- Manage a caseload efficiently and meet deadlines
- Assist with legal research and gather case-processing information
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and internal knowledge sharing
- Contribute to team and wider organisational activities
- Deliver compliant immigration services enabling clients’ foreign employees to live and work in Poland
Requirements
