About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the end-to-end Inquiry to Order tendering process from specification review to final proposal submission
- Create solution architectures, technical descriptions, and compliance documentation
- Collaborate with Operations, Manufacturing, Finance, and Sales
- Develop commercial strategies by reviewing Terms & Conditions and aligning them with internal standards and risk profiles
- Provide technical support during customer presentations and bid clarifications
- Manage handover procedures from tendering to project execution and capture post-award requirements
Requirements
What you’ll need- Formal education or degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering or a related field is essential
- Ability to translate complex electrical and substation control systems into technical proposals
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with autonomy and attention to detail
- Understanding of electricity transmission, distribution, and industrial markets
- Experience with protection relays and substation automation
- Ability to navigate multicultural business environments and build customer relationships
- Fluency in Italian and English
- Additional language such as Spanish, French, Romanian, or Portuguese is a plus
