About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the end-to-end Inquiry to Order tendering process from specification review through final technical and commercial proposal submission
- Create solution architectures, technical descriptions, and compliance documentation
- Collaborate with Operations, Manufacturing, Finance, and Sales to produce accurate, cost-effective, operationally viable proposals
- Review Terms & Conditions and align commercial strategies with internal standards and risk profiles
- Provide technical support during customer presentations and bid clarifications
- Manage handover procedures from tendering to execution and capture post-award project requirements
- Translate customer needs into technically robust, commercially sound grid solutions
Requirements
What you’ll need- Formal education or degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering or a related field
- Ability to translate complex electrical and substation control systems into clear technical proposals
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with autonomy and attention to detail
- Understanding of electricity transmission, distribution, and industrial markets
- Experience with protection relays and substation automation
- Experience navigating multicultural business environments and building customer relationships
- Fluency in Italian and English
- Additional language is a plus, including Spanish, French, Romanian, or Portuguese
