- Partner on AWS Bedrock, RAG, agentic patterns, evaluation pipelines, and production guardrails
- Establish AI-native coding workflows with Claude Code
- Mentor engineers through pairing and review
- Lead design and code reviews
- Contribute to system design and build-versus-buy decisions
- Work with senior product and AI leadership to deliver strategic outcomes
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience shipping real products end-to-end
- Experience leading AI initiatives and delivering an ambitious AI roadmap
- Ability to define architecture roadmaps and make architecture trade-offs
- Experience with AWS Bedrock
- Experience with retrieval-augmented generation (RAG)
- Experience with agentic patterns and evaluation pipelines
- Knowledge of production guardrails
- Experience using Claude Code and AI coding tools
- Ability to establish agentic coding workflows, reusable skills, standards, and review gates
- Ability to mentor engineers through pairing and code review
- Ability to explain technical risks in terms of dates and money
- Experience leading design and code reviews
