About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of patient services technology projects
- Manage project timelines, budgets, resources, and risks
- Coordinate and motivate multidisciplinary teams, including consultants, developers, and subject matter experts
- Serve as the primary client contact for project delivery
- Provide regular client updates, manage expectations, and address issues proactively
- Support the Director in business development through proposals, presentations, and solution design
- Oversee integration of digital platforms, data architectures, and workflow automation tools
- Facilitate workshops, requirements gathering sessions, and solution demonstrations
- Monitor project performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Mentor junior team members and foster a collaborative, high-performance culture
- Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in patient services and technology consulting
- Deliver projects on time and within budget, achieve client satisfaction, and contribute to Guidehouse’s patient services technology consulting practice
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
- Minimum 5 years of overall work experience
- Experience in technology consulting, project management, or patient services, preferably within biopharma or healthcare
- Proven track record of managing complex projects and delivering technology solutions in a client-facing environment
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members
- US Citizenship is contractually required
- Experience with digital platforms, data integration, and workflow automation is preferred
- Advanced degree in a relevant field (MBA, MS, MPH, or similar) is preferred
- Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Scrum)
- Familiarity with patient services operations, technology platforms (CRM, patient portals), and data and analytics
- Prior consulting experience with top-tier firms or in a biopharma technology delivery role
