Key responsibilities & impact- Contribute to new business startups, operational efficiency and the financial success of the company
- Establish realistic goals and implement action plans for new business implementations
- Guide and direct project team members to ensure compliance with standards, procedures and guidelines
- Ensure financial, material and human resources are available to complete projects successfully
- Evaluate progress, detect limitations or faults, and seek more efficient process solutions

Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work or military experience
- 2 years of experience managing multiple complex projects simultaneously of varying scope and size
- Experience using project management software
- Microsoft Office experience
- Must possess a REAL ID-compliant driver's license or passport to comply with federal travel regulations
- Familiarity and ability to comply with TSA security procedures
- Ability to travel domestically via road, rail and air as required
- Certification(s) such as PMP, Agile or Six Sigma
- Experience in a transportation, supply chain, logistics, distribution or manufacturing environment
- Strong understanding of professional services economics
- Experience with change management processes
- Availability to work a variety of shifts including days, evenings and weekends
- Ability to travel up to 85% of the time
- Experience in staff management and development, including mentoring Project Managers
- Analytical and problem-solving capabilities to conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines
