Key responsibilities & impact- Support sourcing, supplier selection, and contract negotiations across HR spend categories, including benefits, recruiting, and HR technology
- Conduct market, supplier, and spend analysis to identify savings opportunities and support sourcing decisions
- Help develop and execute sourcing strategies aligned with business objectives and stakeholder requirements
- Manage RFx processes, including supplier evaluations and proposal assessments
- Support procurement operations and purchasing activities within procurement systems
- Partner with HR business leaders to understand business needs and long-term priorities
- Provide guidance to team members on procurement processes, policies, and best practices
- Support adoption of strategic sourcing initiatives within HR
- Help manage supplier relationships, including performance tracking and issue resolution
- Support contract review and lifecycle management in partnership with Legal
- Ensure compliance with contractual terms and internal procurement standards
- Report to the Senior Manager, Corporate Procurement
Requirements
What you’ll need- Two (2) or more years of experience in procurement or sourcing
- Experience working with procurement or ERP systems (e.g., Coupa, Ariba, SAP)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, HR, or a related field (useful/preferred)
- Experience supporting HR or professional services categories (useful/preferred)
- Exposure to contract negotiation and supplier management (useful/preferred)
- Knowledge of procurement best practices and sourcing methodologies (useful/preferred)
- Certifications such as CPSM, CSCP, or similar, or progress toward certification (useful/preferred)
