About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide strategic direction for systems engineering activities aligned with company goals and objectives

Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, or mathematics
- Minimum 5 years of experience in systems engineering
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under minimal supervision
- Experience in leading complex system integration projects
- Knowledge of the product development lifecycle
- Ability to quickly analyze and apply new information and concepts
- Experience leading diverse and global teams
- Self-motivated and able to work with little supervision
- Ability to adapt to project changes
- Ability to multitask and manage complicated tasks and people
- Ability to make autonomous decisions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

- U.S. citizenship, permanent resident status, protected status under asylum/refugee provisions, or ability to obtain export approval due to U.S. export control laws
