Requirements
What you’ll need- US Citizenship required
- CompTIA Security+ certification required by the first day of employment; candidates may obtain it after the interview process but must complete it before their start date
- 2+ years leading software development teams implementing Appian
- 4–6 years working on software development engagements (Appian preferred)
- Previous experience with databases and system integration
- Experience in an Agile environment
- Advanced database knowledge, including stored procedures, triggers, functions, and explain plans
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as software engineering, engineering, or computer science
- Appian Level 2 certification, Scrum training, SQL, performance tools, and automation testing are listed as stand-out qualifications
- Experience in requirements discovery, data modeling, and design/build of BPM applications
- Experience architecting small-scale projects, including plugins and external systems/APIs
- Code review, refactoring, scalability assessment, and technical guideline development experience
- Mentorship skills and good communication
