About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve in an outward-facing, hands-on, multi-faceted role combining project and engagement management, team leadership, and client interaction
  • Lead Oracle Cloud Procurement and Product Hub transformation programs for Healthcare Provider organizations
  • Lead solution design and implementation across the full Procurement suite and Product Hub, focusing on item and supplier master governance
  • Oversee consulting teams and mentor managers and consultants
  • Ensure successful project execution across project phases from pursuit to delivery
  • Analyze data and implement impactful recommendations
  • Support practice development, mentorship of Coachees, and project/organizational administration
  • Monitor emerging healthcare supply chain, procurement, AI, analytics, and Oracle Cloud innovations
  • Bring leading practices and market insights to clients and internal teams
  • Partner with healthcare clients to optimize master data management, procurement, inventory management, sourcing, supplier relationships, and operational efficiency
  • Build and maintain relationships with client executives, Oracle leadership, and healthcare stakeholders
  • Drive engagement financial performance through resource planning, budget management, and delivery excellence

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a field related to this position or equivalent work experience
  • 6–10 years of Oracle SCM Cloud implementation experience in a consulting role, or production/operational support for a Healthcare provider
  • Successfully delivered multiple end-to-end implementation projects in Oracle Cloud Procurement and Product Hub
  • Ability to train and participate in the professional development of Huron staff in project management, relationship management, and technical dimensions
  • Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed to work with clients or internal project teams
  • Experience with Oracle Cloud Procurement, including Sourcing, Contracts, Self-Service Procurement, Purchasing, and Supplier Portal/Management
  • Experience with Oracle Product Hub and item and supplier master governance
  • Healthcare provider experience
