Key responsibilities & impact- Own end-to-end delivery of assigned Cyber & Data Resilience initiatives from planning through close-out
- Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, timelines, and dependencies
- Drive day-to-day execution and proactively address issues
- Manage scope, risks, dependencies, change control, and delivery commitments
- Coordinate resourcing, sequencing, and delivery readiness with functional leaders
- Track and document key decisions, risks, and trade-offs
- Produce regular updates on progress, milestones, risks, and dependencies
- Escalate issues when timelines, scope, or outcomes are at risk
- Support CDR leadership operating cadence, agendas, stakeholder alignment, decisions, and follow-up actions
- Prepare and coordinate content for monthly business reviews, ensuring message clarity, data integrity, and narrative consistency
- Advance strategic initiatives through structured collaboration, stakeholder engagement, and data-driven insights
- Liaise with service line and functional leaders to align processes, reporting, performance measurement, and execution
- Facilitate project management and organizational change efforts focused on cost efficiency, scalability, and delivery effectiveness
- Identify workflow simplification and manual-effort reduction opportunities
- Partner with Operations and Technology teams on process improvement, automation, and improved ways of working
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience supporting leadership teams, operating cadences, or business reviews in addition to formal project delivery
- Experience in cybersecurity, technology, data, or regulated services environments
- Demonstrated experience delivering cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders, timelines, and dependencies
- Proven ability to translate business objectives into clear, executable project plans and drive delivery to completion
- Hands-on experience managing scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and financials
- Experience influencing outcomes and driving alignment without direct authority
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration, Technology, Engineering, or a related field
- 5–7 years of progressive experience managing projects or initiatives in professional services, consulting, technology, or similarly complex, matrixed environments
- Familiarity with waterfall, hybrid, or Agile delivery approaches
- Familiarity with common PM tools such as Jira, Monday.com, Smartsheet, and ADO
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely
