Key responsibilities & impact- Own a KWI product area end to end
- Evolve current client products and define future product direction
- Drive adoption, measurable retailer gains, and sustainable delivery pace
- Work directly with retail users, engineering, design, and client-facing teams
- Spend time with clients and users to understand workflows
- Use AI tools to synthesize interviews and support history, analyze usage data, and build prototypes
- Own the product roadmap and prioritization decisions
- Write specifications covering intent, constraints, data model, and acceptance criteria
- Collaborate with engineering and design during delivery
- Monitor release quality, throughput, predictability, defects, and support volume
- Partner with Implementation, Support, and Customer Success on documentation, enablement, and adoption
- Set and report measurable release targets
- Tie the roadmap to retailer outcomes such as revenue, margin, efficiency, accuracy, and time savings
- Report results and gaps to leadership and clients
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years in product management, including at least 3 years on B2B SaaS products
- Direct experience in the retail or commerce industry, or an adjacent domain such as ERP, supply chain, or warehouse management
- Track record described in measurable outcomes
- Hands-on daily use of AI tools in product work
- Experience writing structured specifications for engineering execution
- Working understanding of cloud architecture, APIs, and integrations
- Experience running a Kanban delivery flow in the Atlassian suite
- Experience using Jira Product Discovery, Jira, and Confluence
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent work experience (listed as bonus points)
