Key responsibilities & impact- Own a defined product area, including product strategy, roadmaps, and product adoption
- Develop and execute a product vision aligned with business objectives and future needs
- Work across Engineering, Data, and Cloud to manage dependencies and align teams to roadmaps
- Drive cross-functional initiatives to resolution with minimal oversight
- Partner with internal teams and external customers to gather requirements
- Harmonize strategies across multiple customer needs and influence customer planning
- Define, track, and report key performance indicators such as adoption rates and customer satisfaction
- Mentor peers and colleagues and contribute to product management team development
- Navigate ambiguity, make sound decisions, and escalate issues when needed
- Communicate with C-level executives, product teams, technical stakeholders, internal teams, and external customers
- Align cross-functional teams, prioritize initiatives, and ensure successful feature delivery

Requirements
What you’ll need- 12 or more years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 8 years with a Master's degree; or a PhD with 5 years of experience
- 5 or more years of experience working in Agile environments with cross-functional teams
- Current or previous Labcorp experience
- Proven track record of owning product areas and delivering results that directly impact business outcomes
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams through ambiguity to clarity
- Ability to envision a world different than the status quo and articulate a clear path to achieve it
- Strong cross-customer collaboration skills
- Creative and critical thinking capabilities
- Ability to lead teams, directly and indirectly, through ambiguity to clarity
- Ability to develop and execute a strategic vision for technology products
- Experience making strategic decisions around internal and third-party technology products
- Proven collaboration with diverse stakeholders leading to successful product outcomes
