Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as product owner for a defined product area
- Define product strategy and create roadmaps
- Drive product adoption and impact company goals

Requirements
What you’ll need- 12 or more years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 8 years with a Master's degree; or a PhD with 5 years of experience
- 5 or more years of experience working in Agile environments with cross-functional teams
- Current or previous Labcorp experience
- Proven track record of owning product areas and delivering results that directly impact business outcomes
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams through ambiguity to clarity
- Radical thinking paired with strong execution and ability to articulate a clear path to achieve an alternative vision
- Strong cross-customer collaboration to harmonize strategies and needs of multiple customers
- Self-motivated and proactive, with creative and critical thinking capabilities
- Ability to lead teams, directly and indirectly, through ambiguity to clarity
- Ability to develop and execute a strategic vision for technology products
