About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide operational support to Internal Consultants, Technical Teams, Subject Matter Experts, Operations team members and other HE&HTA staff throughout the lifecycle of opportunities and their management
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather, organize and manage documentation and information for new opportunities and update relevant systems
  • Manage the HE&HTA Operations team email inbox, triage requests and ensure timely handling of communications
  • Collate and analyse RFI and RFP information, identify trends and maintain an RFI data repository
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date CRM and Project Management system information, including opportunity data, budgets and commercial terms
  • Monitor and maintain data quality, hygiene and integrity across systems and commercial operations tracking files
  • Analyse budgetary information, potential project margins, profitability, service lines and future sales prioritisation
  • Review and refine project budgets with Proposal/Project Leads and support budget processes aligned with client expectations and commercial terms
  • Complete and present client-facing budget grids and create and present invoicing schedules
  • Ensure compliance with commercial terms and support project teams with implementation
  • Flag proposed budget margins for stakeholder approval
  • Foster cross-functional communication, teamwork and knowledge sharing
  • Support streamlined workflows, process implementation, adoption and correction across HE&HTA and Lumanity
  • Identify efficiency and synergy gains using data and analysis to build a case for change
  • Maintain proposal and pitch content, central resource libraries and the Commercial Vault knowledge repository
  • Analyse external data sources such as GlobalData to support account targeting, segmentation, sales activities, market insight and business planning
  • Uphold quality, accuracy and consistency in operational deliverables
  • Maintain dashboards and performance metrics and help build dashboards where greater visibility is needed

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Expertise in using CRM systems, Project management/budget systems and analytical tools/software to inform data-driven decisions
  • Bachelor of Science or Arts degree in a relevant field
  • Relevant experience in a sales, marketing or other commercial role
  • Experience in a professional services, healthcare or research-focused organization and/or the biopharmaceutical industry is highly desirable, but not essential
  • Experienced in using MS Office, including Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint
  • Meticulous attention to detail and strong data analytical capabilities
