About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support assigned AI and digital workstreams within R&D, Quality, and Regulatory
- Translate business needs into requirements and delivery inputs for analytics, automation, data science, AI-enabled, and digital workflow solutions
- Support products and workstreams from discovery through testing, adoption, and value tracking
- Gather and document business and technical requirements
- Prepare roadmap and prioritization materials
- Support business-case and value-tracking activities
- Develop user stories and acceptance criteria
- Coordinate testing, feedback, and adoption activities
- Prepare project updates and stage-gate materials
- Partner with business stakeholders, product leads, data scientists, data engineers, technical delivery teams, and technology partners
- Escalate material prioritization decisions, scope trade-offs, and stage-gate approvals to the appropriate Director or Product Lead
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Food Science, or related field
- Approximately 4 to 6 years of experience in analytics, automation, digital transformation, product management, business analysis, or related work
- Experience supporting digital, analytics, automation, or AI-enabled products or workstreams
- Experience gathering business requirements and developing user stories, acceptance criteria, or delivery documentation
- Experience supporting testing, adoption, stakeholder communications, or value-tracking activities
- Strong communication, organization, facilitation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively across business and technical teams
- Familiarity with analytics, automation, data, or AI technologies
