About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Evaluate the feasibility and impact of new product ideas and enhancements
- Lead development of AI-enabled legal research products and experiences
- Ensure product outputs are precise, compliant, and contextually relevant to legal professionals
- Innovate and improve user experience to boost customer productivity and satisfaction
- Lead product direction with engineers and data scientists
- Integrate complex systems, assess performance, and make informed modifications
- Design and implement evaluation frameworks for system outputs
- Establish evaluations to maintain quality and consistency across large datasets and over time
- Engage with product segment professionals, industry leaders, and internal stakeholders
- Gather insights and validate product concepts
- Maintain focus on solving the right problems for customers
Requirements
What you’ll need- Law degree (Juris Doctorate) required
- Significant experience in the legal industry with substantial legal research involvement
- Practical experience with AI tools
- Eagerness to keep learning as technology evolves
- Recent litigation and/or judicial clerkship experience strongly preferred
- Demonstrated success developing AI solutions for research or litigation workflows
- Proven track record of successful and timely delivery against product roadmaps
