About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide in-house repair service in a repair/service center or on-site technical service and support without sales and service quota
- Provide technical advice to customers, sales personnel, and healthcare professionals on product-related questions, issues, and problems
- Provide sales personnel with technical data necessary for product demonstrations
- Act as a liaison between sales personnel and customers on technical issues
- Make technical presentations at sales meetings and customer locations as needed
- Support the Interventional Cardiology Therapies Operating Unit, which develops technologies for treating cardiovascular disease and improving patient outcomes
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School Diploma (or equivalent) AND 8+ years experience
- Associate’s Degree AND 6+ years experience
- Bachelor’s Degree AND 4+ years experience
- Technical or related experience in medical devices, MedTech, healthcare, life sciences or relevant industries
- For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree satisfying 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required
- Unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hire and for the duration of employment
- Ability to perform the physical demands and essential functions of the role, with reasonable accommodations as applicable
