Key responsibilities & impact- Lead residential construction, renovation, rehabilitation, and capital improvement projects from planning through project closeout
- Partner directly with residential building owners and internal stakeholders to define project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and project objectives
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and budget forecasts
- Manage architects, engineers, contractors, consultants, and vendors throughout all phases of project execution
- Ensure that work is properly filed with regulatory agencies
- Conduct regular on-site inspections to monitor progress, ensure quality standards, and proactively address project challenges
- Coordinate construction activities to minimize disruption to residents and daily building operations
- Monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to maintain schedule and budget commitments
- Provide thorough, transparent, and timely project updates to leadership and stakeholders
- Support the development and implementation of project management processes, standards, and operational structure
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of experience managing residential construction or renovation projects
- Demonstrated experience working directly with residential property owners, condominium associations, or residential management teams
- PMP, CCM, or other relevant project management certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, budgeting, scheduling, contract administration, and vendor management
- Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously while delivering results on time and within budget
- Exceptional communication skills with a commitment to transparency, responsiveness, and stakeholder engagement
- Hands-on leadership style with a willingness to maintain a visible and active presence at project sites
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail and follow-through
- Adaptability and flexibility to succeed in an environment that continues to evolve and become more structured
- Collaborative, relationship-oriented approach combined with professionalism, accountability, and a positive sense of humor
