About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive the product roadmap for the end-to-end tissue acquisition journey across internal and external users
- Continuously improve products for patients, clinics, pathology labs, and operations teams
- Build software solutions to streamline tissue collection and reduce time and effort
- Drive product strategy and innovation; create and maintain product roadmaps
- Prioritize features based on internal and external feedback to optimize user experience
- Define and track KPIs and analyze data to identify product opportunities and support decision-making
- Collaborate with subject-matter experts to define processes and SLAs and plan operational changes for platform and feature launches
- Write detailed requirements, including PRDs, user stories, and user flows
- Prioritize backlogs and participate in or facilitate Scrum ceremonies
- Help define technical solutions with onshore and offshore Scrum teams
- Partner with UX designers, engineers, and QA to deliver seamless user experiences
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, healthcare, or related field
- 3-5+ years of experience in digital product management
- Previous experience in healthcare, healthtech, or biotech is a plus
- Proven track record of leading organizational transformation, with a focus on customer service and supporting complex operational processes
- Ability to work and influence cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive product decisions
- Flexible and agile; willingness to tackle any type of challenge
- Experience working in an agile development environment
- Prior experience leading and influencing remote engineering teams
