About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the development and execution of category strategies
- Take accountability for sourcing initiatives from strategy development through market engagement, evaluation, negotiation, contract execution, and supplier transition
- Contribute to contract and supplier relationship management
- Partner with business stakeholders, Procurement colleagues, and suppliers
- Work across Network Technology and Services
- Collaborate with General Managers, senior business leaders, and subject matter experts
- Shape commercial strategies and manage competing priorities
- Support informed decision-making through commercial insights, data, and diverse perspectives

Requirements
What you’ll need- Significant experience across procurement, strategic sourcing, category management, commercial negotiations, and contract or supplier relationship management
- Experience ideally within telecommunications, infrastructure, or another complex environment
- Strong commercial acumen and analytical capability
- Ability to interpret market and business insights and translate them into clear, practical recommendations
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and balance multiple sourcing initiatives and stakeholder priorities
- Ability to build trusted relationships and work collaboratively
- Ability to communicate complex information clearly
