About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead and develop a high-performing team of optimization experts supporting Strategic Network Design, Inventory Optimization, and Network Planning
- Champion best practices and training across Nestlé's global optimization community
- Translate business needs into analytical models for continuous improvement in Supply Chain and Manufacturing planning and operations
- Turn analytical results into clear narratives and recommendations for senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders
- Track and influence KPIs affecting inventory and network performance
- Manage relationships with key vendors and optimization platforms, including tool strategy, renewals, and adoption
- Accelerate AI adoption for model development, scenario modeling, and interactive analytics solutions
- Run optimization project intake, prioritize work, establish resource requirements, and maintain a pipeline of engagements
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, mathematics, statistics, operations research, business, or a related field
- 8+ years of experience developing and leading advanced analytics capabilities and strategies
- Proven ability to serve as a strategic technical leader and liaison between analytics teams and business stakeholders
- Master's or PhD in a related field is preferred
- Experience in supply chain optimization, including network design, inventory planning, or manufacturing operations is preferred
- Experience working within complex, global organizations is preferred
- Knowledge of optimization engines and programming languages is preferred
- Position is not eligible for Visa Sponsorship
