Key responsibilities & impact- Direct and assist in installation, maintenance, and repair of machines, tools, and equipment
- Execute work priorities for team members based on production demands and needs
- Direct team members on scheduling repairs, maintenance, and installation

- Ensure maintenance activities are completed safely and on schedule

Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an industrial manufacturing environment
- Demonstrated maintenance leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Experience managing maintenance teams, work order completion, equipment reliability programs, and maintenance planning is preferred
- Strong technical understanding across electrical, mechanical, hydraulics, and pneumatics
- Ability to learn and utilize CMMS, Oracle, and other relevant software
- Preferred knowledge of extrusion equipment and processes
